This Harry Webber campaign featurng the legendary Temptations was
credited with intiating the biggest turnaround in KFC history by Pepisco
USA, Chairman, D. Wayne Calloway.

The 4Tops and Smokey Robinson upon seeing Harry's work made a personal recommendation to Esther Edwards Gordy that landed Webber the second gig of a lifetime. From there, Webber set about designing "the look" of the Motown sound that had never existed before. A summer job and Motown University taught Harry Webber that show business is TWO words. From Motown it was on to Madison Avenue, at the ripe old age of 23. Upon agreeing to a $92,000 pay cut, Webber become one

of the first of his kind ever to grace the halls at Young & Rubicam. Before long, Webber
and partner Mike Becker had Barry Manilow, Bob Giraldi, John Travolta, Terri Garr and
the cutest little Randy Jackson teaching the entire world to be Stuck On Band-Aid Brand.
Then came Disco, ready-made for the dapper Webber. Together with the amazing Susandra
Minski, Webber created the image of the even more amazing Dr. Buzzard and the Original
Savannah Band and one of the most iconic dance hits of all time, Cherchez La Femme .

1984 brought the Off-Broadway Musical "2084"with Bowie Musical Director Carlos
Alomar, 1985 The Jackson Victory Tour with Bob Jones and Sanford Moore. In 1988
the headline grabbing stage production, Crossfire produced for the LA City Attorney's
Office lead to a 20 year truce between LA's Crips and Bloods. From there it was the KFC
Lite 'N Crispy campaign with the Temptations and the Gold Lion winning
BrawnyAcademy.com webisodic with Emmy Award winning Survivor producer John Feist.

Harry Webber's collaborations with Matrix mastermind Dan Cracchiolo, president of
Production for Joel Silver and Design diva Angela Glenn led to the conceptual think tank
IAPIA, The Institute of Advanced Practices In Advertising (iapia.org). John Feist recently
referred to "The Committee" at IAPIA as "the true thought leaders of Madison Avenue."
Of course Webber's work for Steve Tisch and Aids Project Los Angeles brought other
comments. Like, "This guy is the real Forrest Gump. He's been everywhere in history."

A young boy of only 19, Harry went
off to join Berry Gordy Jr, The Supremes
and The Temptations at the circus known
as Motown in 1967. After a pitch from
young Webber backstage at the Howard
Theater in Washington, DC, Levi Stubbs
and every member of the 4 Tops were sold.
And so were the Gordys.
